The WIN A TRIP TO TULUM promotion is sponsored by Grupo Gitano LLC.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 21 years of age or older.
Employees of Grupo Gitano LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, participating properties, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter.
Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.
ENTRY PERIOD
The promotion begins September 11, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
One winner will be selected at random following the close of the promotion.

You must also provide the required marketing consent.
Limit one entry per person and per email address for the entire promotion period.

THE PRIZE
One winner will receive a trip for two to Tulum with an approximate retail value of $2,250, consisting of:
• Three consecutive nights for two at CASA GITANO in South Tulum in a standard room
• $500 food and beverage credit to be used at CASA GITANO, GITANO BEACH, and/or GITANO JUNGLE during the stay
• Two round-trip economy airfare tickets departing from a New York-area airport (JFK, LGA, or EWR) to Tulum (TQO) or Cancún (CUN), subject to a maximum value of $500 per ticket
Travel must be completed by December 20, 2027 and is subject to availability and to blackout dates of December 18, 2026 through January 23, 2027.
The winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. The guest must also be 21 years of age or older.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
The winner is responsible for any airfare costs exceeding the stated airfare limit, as well as passports, visas, ground transportation, meals and expenses beyond the included food and beverage credit, gratuities, travel insurance, and any other expenses not specifically included in the prize.
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. The food and beverage credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected by random drawing on or about January 6, 2027 from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted by email and must respond within seven (7) days. If the potential winner does not respond within the required period, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner will be announced on or before January 30, 2027.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and IRS Form W-9.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Competition Rules.
Grupo Gitano LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules, tampers with the entry process, or attempts to interfere with the promotion, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud or technical failure impairs its proper operation.
The sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 1099-MISC may be issued where required by law.
By entering, participants release Grupo Gitano LLC and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize, including travel undertaken in connection with it.
The promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Applicable disputes will be handled in the courts located in New York County, New York.
