Welcome to the JUNGLE.

The original GITANO, born in 2013, has been a Tulum icon ever since. Set in a lush jungle with a stunning colonial Spanish building we call The Jungle Room, GITANO is a modern Mexican restaurant and mezcal bar, serving locally sourced dishes daily from 6 PM. Dine under the stars, sip mezcal cocktails at our beautiful bars, and dance late into the night.
Join us for Tulum’s biggest parties — GYPSY DISCO on Fridays and CEREMONIA on Saturdays.
